Implementation and Responsibilities The Inclusion and Diversity Lead has the responsibility to implement and monitor the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Policy throughout Foxhams. All personnel policies and procedures are administered with the objective of promoting equality of opportunity and eliminating unfair or unlawful discrimination. While specific responsibility lies with managers and supervisors, all staff and apprentices share the responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect.

Training and Development We are committed to providing training and development opportunities that promote an inclusive culture and ensure that all staff understand their responsibility to behave in an inclusive manner and contribute to an inclusive environment.

Review and Monitoring We continuously review and monitor our policies and practices to ensure fairness, effectiveness, and compliance with legal requirements. We collect data to track the diversity of our staff and apprentice community and to identify areas for improvement. This data helps us shape our inclusion and diversity strategies and create a more inclusive environment.
